Louise Tenaglia

Clinical Psychologist

Louise is a Clinical Psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults in various private and public settings including schools and clinics. Louise has experience assisting individuals who have presented with anxiety, depression, stress, sleep difficulties, low self-esteem, adjustment difficulties and panic attacks. Furthermore, she has worked with young adults who have experienced intimate partner violence. She currently works predominantly with adults and adolescent clients aged 15 and over.


Louise takes a collaborative approach to therapy, viewing her client as the expert in their life and acting as a supportive guide to help walk the client through their experiences. She recognises the difficulties involved in discussing one’s concerns and worries, and approaches each conversation with kindness and compassion. Louise adopts strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic and Acceptance Commitment Therapeutic approaches, incorporating Mindfulness techniques to help the client through their journey and towards positive change.
