Psychologist

Jessica is a registered Psychologist who holds a Masters of Counselling Psychology, and has a special interest in working with parents and families in their transition to parenthood. She has worked with clients in a number of settings, most recently with Tweddle Child and Family Health Services, where she worked with individuals and parents who experience depression, anxiety, stress, and parent-infant attachment challenges during pregnancy and the post-natal period. Jessica also works with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties with mood, anxiety, stress and trauma.
Jessica works in an empathic and collaborative manner to support clients to address their therapy goals, and promote their health and wellbeing, and uses a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness based therapies. She is also an accredited Circle of Security facilitator.
