Eliza Kirby

Clinical Psychologist

Eliza is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist who holds a Masters of Clinical Psychology. She is a kind, approachable and empathetic clinician with experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, anger, grief and trauma.


Eliza has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents who experience emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. She draws upon a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness techniques to collaboratively meet the client’s individual needs.


Eliza creates a supportive environment for clients to explore and understand their experiences and works in creative ways to assist clients to develop more adaptive coping strategies and way to express themselves.
