Jessica is a Psychologist and holds a Master of Clinical Psychology. Jessica has worked across diverse settings, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is skilled in assisting clients with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, emotion regulation, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties. Jessica recognizes the contribution of socio-cultural systems in shaping mental health experiences. Drawing on evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, she personalises her approach to each individual’s unique needs. Jessica practices from an attachment and trauma-informed framework.
