Jessica Mejia


Jessica is a Psychologist and holds a Master of Clinical Psychology. She creates a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to share their experiences and work towards meaningful goals. Her approach focuses on building on individuals’ strengths and values to promote healing and growth.

Jessica has worked across diverse settings, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is skilled in assisting clients with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, emotion regulation, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties. Jessica recognizes the contribution of socio-cultural systems in shaping mental health experiences. Drawing on evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, she personalises her approach to each individual’s unique needs. Jessica practices from an attachment and trauma-informed framework.
